This retreat was born from a longing I once carried—a deep desire for support I didn’t have on my own path.
For years, I lived for others—mother, wife, businesswoman—always holding everything together. But exhaustion and burnout made me realize I had lost myself. Life kept testing me—my children’s health struggles, the weight of responsibility, and then the deepest heartbreak of all—losing my husband and, soon after, my father.
Yet, something inside me refused to give up.
Through every challenge, love guided me back—to trust, to my feminine essence, to the knowing that we are not here to suffer but to love, thrive, and fully embrace life. Ancient wisdom and sacred practices helped me heal, soften, and rediscover the joy within.
Now, I hold space for women on their own journey—women who have spent years giving, holding, and doing, but long to simply be. To feel safe. To be seen. To remember their inner wisdom and beauty.

This retreat is designed for women who are ready to reconnect with their Feminine Essence, release the need to always do and achieve, and embrace more softness, pleasure, and self-trust. Do I need prior experience in energy work, breathwork, or feminine embodiment practices?
Not at all! This retreat is open to all women, whether you are new to these practices or have been exploring them for years. Everything will be guided in a way that supports you exactly where you are.
What can I expect during the retreat?
You can expect a deeply nourishing experience filled with guided practices such as breathwork, movement, meditation, sacred rituals, and sharing circles. You will have space for personal reflection, deep connection with like-minded women, and time to simply be.
Where is the retreat located?
Lefkada, a breathtaking island, is a hidden paradise in the Ionian Sea on the west coast of Greece, where turquoise waters meet lush green landscapes. Known for its mesmerizing beaches, charming villages, and untouched natural beauty, Lefkada invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. With its warm Mediterranean breeze, stunning sunsets, and a serene atmosphere, this enchanting island is the perfect sanctuary for your journey back to your Feminine Essence.
How do I get there?
The closest airport to the villa is Preveza Airport (PVK). There are many direct flight options. Please check out EasyJet, Ryanair, etc.. Agios Nikitas is approx. 35 km from the airport, a taxi ride of about 45 minutes. We can arrange for shared taxis, when we know the arrival dates of everyone.
What is the accommodation like?
Are there single rooms available?
This retreat offers shared double-bedrooms with single beds, as part of the immersive experience of sisterhood and connection. Sharing space with like-minded women creates a supportive, nurturing environment where you can bond, heal, and grow together. I believe that this communal aspect of the retreat fosters a deeper sense of belonging, shared wisdom, and collective healing.
What if I am nervous to join?
It’s completely natural to feel some nerves when stepping into something new. But know that you will be held, supported, and welcomed exactly as you are. This retreat is a judgment-free space for you to relax, explore, and embrace yourself fully.
What is the cancellation policy?
To secure your spot, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon registration. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat.
If you need to cancel your participation, please note:
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before the retreat: You will receive a refund for the remaining balance, minus the non-refundable deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat: Unfortunately, the full amount is non-refundable, as the final payment secures your place and retreat arrangements.
I recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to assist you.
